Product Sensitivity to Warm Weather:
- Our shea body butter products may be sensitive to warm temperatures during shipping.
- If the butter arrives melted, please note that this does not affect the quality of the product. Shea butter has a low melting point, and it will solidify again at room temperature without any compromise to its effectiveness.
- We advise customers to promptly remove the melted shea body butter from mailboxes or porches.
- Place the product in a cool, dry place to allow it to return to room temperature and solidify.
- This process will not alter the quality or efficacy of the shea body butter.
